Perfection!
Merry Christmas!!
I have been trying to slow down and enjoy the festivities beofore the grand finale! Connor and I made a (*boxed*) gingerbread house! I am not brave enough to make one from scratch! I also got some cute pics of him and Kirby wearing reindeer ears. As you can tell, Kirby is a little camera shy. I think this was take 43.
As a mother, I want to create as many special memories for my son as the years go on. He is growing up so quickly and pretty soon he will be too big to enjoy these little moments with! *tear*! :( So I think I am going to make some crafts with him this evening, he loves crafts. I still have about 25 gifts to wrap and a few last minute things to pick up, including food for Christmas brunch at out house! Whew....ok...I should go! Merry Christmas!!

Tis' The Season To Be Jolly....
Fa lalalalalallalalala........ :) Oh man, how I wish I had a clone right now. One that could stuff pillows, one that could wrap presents and one that could wash the floors. Wouldn't that be nice! I am trying not to stress about my huge to-do list. Trying. ***deep breaths* Ok....so I will try to get some pictuers up of my little guy and our "reindeer" aka- Kirby dog tonight. My computer is in the fix it place and I have to use my husbands laptop he takes back and forth to his office until mine is back! Ugh....how did I ever live without a computer? Ha! So here are some "simple", inspiring pics. All via FLICKR!

It's Pretty Simple.
Holiday decorating doesn't have to feel stressful. This year, I am going the simple route and decorating sparsely and more "naturally". I think a few wow factors are great- but take this simple branch display with a few vintage looking bulbs (found via flickr). It is so cute and so easy to make. Just go outside, take a few branches off a tree and put them in a pretty bucket, or urn and hang a few ornaments from it! You can't get much simpler than that! I did this one year, but also spray painted the branches white- it gave it a more shabby chic look to it, but you can leave them all natural. Or go more mod and spray them black..or yellow...or pink! The possibilities are endless with a can of spray paint! So are you going all out this year, or for a more "simple" look?
