Blog HELP!!!

Hey Everyone! Ok, I don't want to feel like I am a wet blanket or anything, but HOW do you get people to read your blog..or better yet..come to your blog?!? I mean, I know the obvious...good topics, interesting reading material, great pictures, excellent advice..ect, ect...but what I am getting at is..is there any special tags or labels to use to bring people in? How do people FIND your blog? I am not asking for anyones secret tips, but what am I doing wrong that noone is coming to my blog? I can take some serious, up front critisizm (sp) here! :) I am looking for aaannnyy advice on how to make my blog better! Thanks in advance!
