A crazy week and some lovely pics!!!!

Whew...my week has been insane!  After having my pillows on GMA, it has been a little hectic and overwhelming to say the least!  I still have over 200 pillows to make!  Yikes!  I really hope that my customers can be patient as I get them all made and shipped!  I have had some help from my grandma, who is a great sewer..so that helps alot!  I have neglected my poor blog, my husband and our house is trashed!  But EVERYONE that asked for their pillows by mothers day got them!  I am just waiting for everyone that didn't mention that they needed them for Mothers Day to e-mail me saturday and tell me they didn't get them!  Uh oh....sorry I am not a mind reader!! :)  Anywho...here is some lovely pics for Mothers Day weekend...enjoy and have a great weekend!!

Dedeetsyshop on ABC's Good Morning America!!!!!

So I got some super exciting news the other day!!  I got a phone call from Etsy and then from ABC about putting three of my pillows on their Mothers Day segment thursday morning!!  Wahoooo!!!  So I had three hours to make and overnight 3 pillows!!  Luckily my Grandma was here to help me get them all finished up and out the door!  So, if you want, check out GMA thursday 4-29 between 8-9!!!

Lovely Bathrooms

Aren't these bathrooms just gorgeous!!!?  I love each and every one of them!  I normally am a pedestal sink kind of girl, but that yellow/ graphite and white bathroom by Sarah Richardson is just fantastic!  I love everything about it!  AND, I found a cabinet almost identical to the one she turned into a sink at a garage sale last summer for 20.00!  It is in our bathroom right now, but as a storage cabinet.  It really makes me want to turn it into a sink! :)

Almost Friday.....

It is almost friday and these rooms just say "cozy, relaxing weekend" to me!  Don't ask me why, they just do! :)  This week has been a complete busy blur-in a good way!  So sit back and enjoy some of this lovely eye candy!!

New Front Door

So....I painted our front door orange the other day!  I am not sure I like it.  It looked great on the color chip and great mixed.  It is a nice burnt orange.  It is called "harvest" or something like that.  My husband really likes it, as well as my mom, but I am still not sure.  I even bought a couple new front door mats to try that and I just can't seem to love it.  But, I am going to live with it for a few more days and see if it grows on me.  What do you think?

Lovely Bedrooms

If you are anything like me, I have left our bedroom dead last to get in ship shape order.  I have done the basics, like paint and bedding and such...but haven't made it really special.  We have lived in this house almost 6 years now....hmm....maybe it is about time I made our bedroom a priority!  I mean, we do spend alot of time in there, right!?  I will say that we have THE most comfy bed, ever!!  I will never scrimp on a good mattress, that is for sure!    We got it when we first moved in together and it just keeps getting better and comfier!  Ok, enough about the bed....  Here are some pics of great bedrooms!  They inspire me to make ours just as special!
